目的：探讨超声技术在长期颈内静脉置管的临床应用价值。方法对47例患者行长期颈内静脉置管，术中实时监测引导穿刺，术后应用彩色多普勒超声检查并发症的发生。结果本组患者静脉穿刺置管成功率100%，所有患者未出现1例动脉损伤、动静脉瘘及血、气胸等并发症。术后9例患者出现并发症，1例局部渗血，8例血栓形成。结论超声技术应用于长期颈内静脉置管具有成功率高、并发症少、实用性强等特点，具有很大的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토초성기술재장기경내정맥치관적림상응용개치。방법대47례환자행장기경내정맥치관，술중실시감측인도천자，술후응용채색다보륵초성검사병발증적발생。결과본조환자정맥천자치관성공솔100%，소유환자미출현1례동맥손상、동정맥루급혈、기흉등병발증。술후9례환자출현병발증，1례국부삼혈，8례혈전형성。결론초성기술응용우장기경내정맥치관구유성공솔고、병발증소、실용성강등특점，구유흔대적림상응용개치。
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound techniques in long-term catheterization of internal jugular vein. Methods Long-term catheterization of internal jugular vein was performed in 47 patients. Puncture and cannulation were made under real-time guidance of Color Doppler Ultrasonography, which were also used to monitoring complications after procedure. Results The successful rate of venous puncture and cannulation was 100%. No complications of arterial injury, arteriovenous ifstula, pneumothorax and hemothorax occurred in all patients. During long-term catheterization, complications occurred in 9 patients, 1 of local bleeding, 8 of thrombosis. Conclusion Application of ultrasonic technology in long-term catheterization of internal jugular vein has advantages of high success rate, less complications, and strong practicability, and has great value of clinical application.
