目的:采用传统雕刻技术与现代三维重建技术联合显示肝内管道。方法选取6例新鲜成人肝脏,先用生理盐水经插管冲洗后,用含5%氧化铅的各色铸型灌注材料经各个管道系统插管注入,放在CT机下扫描,获取CT数据后,数据经minics 10.0软件中进行肝脏管道结构的三维重建,扫描后的肝脏标本采用传统雕刻镂空手法进行处理,制作肝内管道铸型标本。结果三维重建图像中肝内管道清晰、三维立体感强烈,可在重建窗口进行前后、左右、上下三维动态观察其管道走形。制作的一系列肝内管道铸型标本,构型美观、色泽鲜艳、层次清晰,实物立体感强。结论传统雕刻技术与现代三维构建技术联合显示肝内管道系统,既能清晰显示其位置走形,又能制作肝内管道铸型标本,一举两得,满足临床与教学双需要。

목적:채용전통조각기술여현대삼유중건기술연합현시간내관도。방법선취6례신선성인간장,선용생리염수경삽관충세후,용함5%양화연적각색주형관주재료경각개관도계통삽관주입,방재CT궤하소묘,획취CT수거후,수거경minics 10.0연건중진행간장관도결구적삼유중건,소묘후적간장표본채용전통조각루공수법진행처리,제작간내관도주형표본。결과삼유중건도상중간내관도청석、삼유입체감강렬,가재중건창구진행전후、좌우、상하삼유동태관찰기관도주형。제작적일계렬간내관도주형표본,구형미관、색택선염、층차청석,실물입체감강。결론전통조각기술여현대삼유구건기술연합현시간내관도계통,기능청석현시기위치주형,우능제작간내관도주형표본,일거량득,만족림상여교학쌍수요。
Objective To display intraheptic vessels with the combination of traditional sculpture skills and modern three-dimensional reconstruction technologies. Methods 6 fresh adult livers were selected and washed through intubations with physiological saline. After that,they were injected Casting and pouring materials of various colors which contain 5%of lead oxide through the vessel system with intubations, and scanned under the CT machine to obtain CT data, which were reconstructed in three dimensions with minics 10.0 software. The liver specimens after being scanned were managed with traditional sculpture skills to make intrahepatic vessel casting specimens. Results The intrahepatic vessels displayed in three-dimensional images are clear and stereoscopic. Three-dimensional dynamic observations of the route and form of the vessels can be achieved in the reconstruction window. A series of intrahepatic vessel casting specimens are of artistic configuration, vivid color, clear layers and strong stereoscopic impression.Conclusion The traditional sculpture skills and modern three-dimensional technologies can be combined to display the location, route and form of the intrahepatic vessel system, and to make intrahepatic vessel specimens, which has great significance to meet the clinical and instructional requirement.
