通过计算机检索国内外的大型医学数据库，设定中英文检索词及检索时限，搜索与髋关节周围肌群、膝骨关节炎相关的文献，以介绍、评价髋关节周围肌群肌力训练在膝骨关节炎康复应用中的新进展和临床有效性，发现大部分研究证实了针对髋关节外展肌群的训练，尤其是臀中肌训练对改善膝骨关节炎的症状起到了至关重要的作用，是一项值得推广的康复治疗措施。
通過計算機檢索國內外的大型醫學數據庫，設定中英文檢索詞及檢索時限，搜索與髖關節週圍肌群、膝骨關節炎相關的文獻，以介紹、評價髖關節週圍肌群肌力訓練在膝骨關節炎康複應用中的新進展和臨床有效性，髮現大部分研究證實瞭針對髖關節外展肌群的訓練，尤其是臀中肌訓練對改善膝骨關節炎的癥狀起到瞭至關重要的作用，是一項值得推廣的康複治療措施。
통과계산궤검색국내외적대형의학수거고，설정중영문검색사급검색시한，수색여관관절주위기군、슬골관절염상관적문헌，이개소、평개관관절주위기군기력훈련재슬골관절염강복응용중적신진전화림상유효성，발현대부분연구증실료침대관관절외전기군적훈련，우기시둔중기훈련대개선슬골관절염적증상기도료지관중요적작용，시일항치득추엄적강복치료조시。
Through retrieving large medical databases at home and aboard by computer, setting search terms in Chinese and English and retrieval time, searching literatures related to muscles around articulatio coxae and osteoarthritis of knee, to introduce the new process and evaluate the clini-cal effectiveness of the application of hip muscles strength training in the rehabilitation of osteoarthritis of knee, and found that most of the studies had confirmed the training that aiming to the hip abductors especially mesoglutaeus plays a crucial role in improving symptoms of osteoarthritis of knee, which is a worth promoting rehabilitation measure.
