目的:探讨左心室容量参数和射血分数检测对预测老年心肌梗死患者预后的价值。方法研究87例老年心肌梗死患者的超声心动图和随访3年的资料,应用经胸超声心动图检测左室舒张末期容量(EDV)、左室收缩末期容量(ESV)、心肌梗死后1个月ESV的变化量ΔESV和左室射血分数(EF)。结果甲组分别与乙、丙组EDV、ESV、EF值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),乙组与丙组EDV比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),乙组与丙组ESV、EF值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且ΔESV>60%时死亡率达100%。结论应用经胸超声心动图检测左心室容量参数和EF值对预测老年心肌梗死患者预后可提供有价值的参考信息。

Objective To explore the value of left ventricular volume parameter and ejection fraction detection for the prediction of prognosis of senile myocardial infarction patients.Methods Research was made on the date of echocardiography and 3-year follow-up of 87 senile myocardial infarction patients. Transthoracic echocardiography was applied for detection of left ventricular end diastolic velocity (EDV), left ventricular end systolic volume (ESV), and the changes of ESV as ΔESV, and left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) in 1 month after acute myocardial infarction. Results Group A had statistically significant difference of EDV, ESV, and EF with group B and Group C (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of EDV between group B and group C (P>0.05), while the difference of ESV and EF had statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). The mortality reached 100% when ΔESV >60%.Conclusion Detection of left ventricular volume parameter and EF by transthoracic echocardiography can provide valuable reference information for prognosis of senile myocardial infarction patients.
