目的:调查急性冠脉综合征( Acute Coronary Syndrome,ACS)患者发病期间的负性情绪状况,探讨认知行为干预对减轻ACS患者负性情绪的效果。方法:选取急性冠脉综合征患者64例,采用计算机随机数字法分为干预组与对照组。对照组采用冠心病常规治疗和护理,干预组实施认知行为干预及放松训练。住院始末采用抑郁自评量表( SDS)和焦虑自评量表( SAS)评估干预效果。结果:干预组ACS患者的负性情绪状态改善明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论:认知行为干预能够降低ACS患者的负性情绪。

Objective To investigate the ACS patients'negative emotional state and explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention to mitigate the negative emotion. Method 64 patients with ACS were divided into intervention group and control group randomly. The con-trol group was given conventional treatment of coronary heart disease and nursing,the intervention group was given cognitive behavior and relaxation training. Using self - rating Depression Scale ( SDS ) and self - rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS ) to evaluate intervention effects. Results The intervention group's negative emotional state improvement was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 01). Conclusion Cognitive behavior intervention can reduce the negative emotion of patients with ACS.
