目的：评价并比较微型钢板与克氏针内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取收治的掌骨骨折患者77例，随机分为两组，其中观察组39例，采用微型钢板固定，对照组38例，采用克氏针内固定，观察并比较两组患者术中情况、临床疗效与术后并发症情况。结果：观察组临床疗效优为23例（59.0%），良为13例（33.3%），差为3例（7.7%），对照组临床疗效优为15例（39.5%），良为12例（31.6%），差为11例（28.9%），两组患者临床疗效与骨折愈合时间比较，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症情况明显优于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：微型钢板固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床疗效好，能有效降低患者术后并发症的产生，值得在临床上予以推广。
목적：평개병비교미형강판여극씨침내고정치료장골골절적림상료효。방법：선취수치적장골골절환자77례，수궤분위량조，기중관찰조39례，채용미형강판고정，대조조38례，채용극씨침내고정，관찰병비교량조환자술중정황、림상료효여술후병발증정황。결과：관찰조림상료효우위23례（59.0%），량위13례（33.3%），차위3례（7.7%），대조조림상료효우위15례（39.5%），량위12례（31.6%），차위11례（28.9%），량조환자림상료효여골절유합시간비교，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）；관찰조술후병발증정황명현우우대조조，량조비교，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론：미형강판고정치료장골골절적림상료효호，능유효강저환자술후병발증적산생，치득재림상상여이추엄。
Objective To evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of mini-plate internal fixation with Kirschner metacarpal frac-ture. Method 77 cases of metacarpal fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in the observation group,the use of micro-plate fixation,38 cases in the control group,the use of Kirschner wire fixation,two groups of patients surgery,clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were observed and compared. Results Excellent clinical efficacy study group was 23( 59. 0%)patients,good for the 13(33. 3%)patients,poor in 3(7. 7%)patients,in the control group,the clinical efficacy superior to 15(39. 5%)patients,good in 12(31. 6% ),and poor in 11(28. 9%)patients,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients with fracture healing time was statis-tically significant difference( P <0. 05 );Postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of mini-plate fixation of metacarpal fracture is good,can effectively reduce postoperative complications arising deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
