目的：探讨并研究膀胱全切除肠代膀胱术后肠道功能恢复的相关分析。方法：选取收治的30例需要进行膀胱全切除的患者，将其作为临床研究对象，针对患者采用两种不同的方式进行切除，对照组采用常规方式进行切除，试验组采用回肠导管术方式进行治疗。结果：试验组采用回肠导管术方式与常规方式相比，试验组患者术后的肠鸣音时间，术中肠吻合时间，术后肠道恢复通气时间，以及术后第一次排便时间以及术后出院时间明显优于对照组。差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：试验组采用的回肠导管术方式对于膀胱全切除肠代膀胱术后肠道功能恢复时间较早，对于术后的整体疗效较好，因此值得在临床上进行广泛应用。
목적：탐토병연구방광전절제장대방광술후장도공능회복적상관분석。방법：선취수치적30례수요진행방광전절제적환자，장기작위림상연구대상，침대환자채용량충불동적방식진행절제，대조조채용상규방식진행절제，시험조채용회장도관술방식진행치료。결과：시험조채용회장도관술방식여상규방식상비，시험조환자술후적장명음시간，술중장문합시간，술후장도회복통기시간，이급술후제일차배편시간이급술후출원시간명현우우대조조。차이구유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론：시험조채용적회장도관술방식대우방광전절제장대방광술후장도공능회복시간교조，대우술후적정체료효교호，인차치득재림상상진행엄범응용。
Objective To investigate and study the correlation analysis of cystectomy after intestinal neobladder recovery of bowel func-tion. Method 30 cases of the need for cystectomy patients were selected as a clinical study,conducted resection for patients with two differ-ent ways,the control group was given conventional methods resection,the experimental group was given ileal conduit operation mode for treatment. Results The experimental group used ileal conduit operation mode compared with conventional methods,the experimental group patients after bowel sounds time,intraoperative intestinal anastomosis time,postoperative intestinal recovery ventilation time,and the first bowel movement after surgery and postoperative discharge time were significantly better than the control group. The difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion The experimental group used ileal conduit operation mode of recovery time of bowel functiong is earlier compared with cystectomy after intestinal neobladder recovery of bowel function,the overall efficacy of surgery is better,So it is wor-thy be widely used in clinic.
