目的：观察电针配合穴位注射治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法：将75例神经性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组（39例、46耳）和对照组（36例、42耳），两组患者均采用电针治疗，治疗组则在此基础上配合穴位注射治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为89.13%，高于对照组的69.05%（P<0.05）。结论：电针配合穴位注射治疗神经性耳鸣疗效显著。

목적：관찰전침배합혈위주사치료신경성이명적료효。방법：장75례신경성이명환자수궤분위치료조（39례、46이）화대조조（36례、42이），량조환자균채용전침치료，치료조칙재차기출상배합혈위주사치료，관찰량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위89.13%，고우대조조적69.05%（P<0.05）。결론：전침배합혈위주사치료신경성이명료효현저。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint injection for nervous tinnitus. Methods:75 cases of pa-tients with nervous tinnitus were randomly divided into treatment group (39 cases and 46 ears) and control group (36 cases and 42 ears), both groups were treated by electro-acupuncture therapy, while treatment group combined with acupoint injection on the basis of electro-acupuncture, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.13%, which was higher than 69.05%that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint injection has significant curative effect on nervous tinnitus.
