目的：探讨团队式系统化管理模式在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用效果。方法：80例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分成实验组与对照组各40例，实验组采取团队式系统化管理，对照组仅做常规检查，比较两组患者治疗依从性、就诊率及病人流失率。结果：实验组围生期治疗依从性、就诊率、病人流失率均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：团队式系统化管理模式能提高妊娠期糖尿病患者的就医依从性，减少产科相关并发症，保证母婴健康，是一种科学有效的管理模式。
목적：탐토단대식계통화관리모식재임신기당뇨병중적응용효과。방법：80례임신기당뇨병환자수궤분성실험조여대조조각40례，실험조채취단대식계통화관리，대조조부주상규검사，비교량조환자치료의종성、취진솔급병인류실솔。결과：실험조위생기치료의종성、취진솔、병인류실솔균현저우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：단대식계통화관리모식능제고임신기당뇨병환자적취의의종성，감소산과상관병발증，보증모영건강，시일충과학유효적관리모식。
Objective:To explore the application effect of team-based systematic management model in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods:80 cas-es of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with each of 40 cases, experimental group adopt-ed team-based systematic management, control group only received routine examination, to compare the treatment compliance, visiting rate and loss rate of patients of the two groups. Results:The perinatal treatment compliance, visiting rate and loss rate of patients of experimental group were all significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:team-based systematic management model can improve the medical treatment compliance of gestational diabetes mellitus, reduce obstetric related complications and ensure health of mother and infant, which is a scientific and ef-fective management management mode.
