研究动态硫化聚丙烯(PP)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)热塑性弹性体(TPV)的制备方法与性能影响因素。结果表明:酚醛树脂含量增大对TPV的加工性能影响较大;用挤出法制备的TPV性能优于用密炼法制备的TPV;螺杆转速为450 r·min-1,酚醛树脂含量(酚醛树脂与橡胶相的质量比)为6%,挤出加工2~3次时TPV的加工性能和物理性能较好;采用低苯乙烯含量的SSBR有利于减小TPV的永久变形性能,采用高苯乙烯含量的SSBR可以提高TPV的拉伸强度和硬度。

The preparation and properties of dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer (TPV) based on PP, EPDM and SSBR, were investigated. The processing property was greatly inlfuenced by the content of phenolic resin, and the optimized content was 6%of the rubber amount. The performance of the TPV prepared by extrusion was better than that by internal mixer mixing. It was recommended that during the extrusion the screw speed was set at 450 r·min-1, and the compound was extruded 2 or 3 times to ensure good processing property and physical properties. With low styrene SSBR, the TPV showed a lower permanent compression set. With high styrene SSBR, the TPV possessed higher tensile strength and higher hardness.
