目的::调查居家输液港植入患者输液港维护的现状,寻找潜在的问题,制订对策和方案。方法:对104例居家输液港植入乳腺癌患者进行维护现状问卷调查,调查内容分5部分,共13个问题,对资料进行分析。结果:34.62%患者不知晓冲港对输液港留置时间的影响,39.42%患者冲港时间超过1个月,7.69%患者出现堵管,2.88%患者出现感染,24.04%患者提前取出输液港。结论:针对居家留置输液港患者维护现状,采取相应的对策,提高患者对输液港维护的认识和患者按时进行输液港冲港的依从性,以降低居家输液港植入患者输液港相关并发症发生率,从而延长输液港使用时间。

목적::조사거가수액항식입환자수액항유호적현상,심조잠재적문제,제정대책화방안。방법:대104례거가수액항식입유선암환자진행유호현상문권조사,조사내용분5부분,공13개문제,대자료진행분석。결과:34.62%환자불지효충항대수액항류치시간적영향,39.42%환자충항시간초과1개월,7.69%환자출현도관,2.88%환자출현감염,24.04%환자제전취출수액항。결론:침대거가류치수액항환자유호현상,채취상응적대책,제고환자대수액항유호적인식화환자안시진행수액항충항적의종성,이강저거가수액항식입환자수액항상관병발증발생솔,종이연장수액항사용시간。
Objective:To find potential problems and their solutions through the investigation of the nursing status of outpat;ents with implanted venous port. Methods:To analyze the data of questionnaire survey concluding 5 parts with 13 questions from 104 breast cancer patients with implanted venous port. Re-sults:There were 34. 62% of patients who had no idea about influence of washing implanted venous port on retention time,39. 42% who washed implanted venous port once over 1 month,7. 69% whoes ports were blocked,2. 88% of patients infected and 24. 04% of patients who removed the port ahead of time. Conclusions:According to the maintenance status of discharged patients with implanted transfusion ports,we take corresponding countermeasures to improve the understanding of the maintenance of transfusion ports and patients' compliance of maintenance on time,in order to reduce the incidence of related compli-cations in outpatients with implantable infusion port,so as to prolong the service life of transfusion ports.
