Introduce the relevant technology of influencing the weather, analyze and study the achievement and existing deficiency for weather modification operational command. According to the actual conditions of Guizhou Province, the limitation that the traditional communication way can’t meet the needs increased day by day of extensive operation,on the basis of the network and modern mobile communication technology,suit measures to local conditions,mainly faced the demand that the command job at the basic level and the job is implemented,study and develop the operational information system of weather modification cannon station in Guizhou Province. The system includes the operational command software and operational front device hardware of cannon station, have stronger operational guidance and deployment real-time performance,which can control the state of every operating station and combine relevant information of summary in an all-round way,saving the time in the course of contacting between the command centers at all levels,relatively impro-ving the artificial efficiency and engineering level of influencing the weather of the whole province.
