目的：：探讨问题为导向的教学法( PBL)结合品管圈( QCC)活动在手术室骨科组护士培训中的作用。方法：将2011年1月~2012年12月手术室轮科的120名护士等分为对照组和试验组，对照组实施传统培训，试验组实施PBL-QCC进行培训。结果：试验组考试成绩、医师满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：PBL-QCC活动小组培训模式使骨手术整体配合水平提高，能适应骨科手术日益专科化发展的需求。

목적：：탐토문제위도향적교학법( PBL)결합품관권( QCC)활동재수술실골과조호사배훈중적작용。방법：장2011년1월~2012년12월수술실륜과적120명호사등분위대조조화시험조，대조조실시전통배훈，시험조실시PBL-QCC진행배훈。결과：시험조고시성적、의사만의도명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：PBL-QCC활동소조배훈모식사골수술정체배합수평제고，능괄응골과수술일익전과화발전적수구。
Objective:To discuss PBL model combined with QCC activities group's role in the training of orthopaedic nurses in the operating room. Methods:120 nurses were divided into control group ( training) ,and the experimental group ( PBL-QCC activity) . Results:The examination results and physician satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,there was a significant difference compared (P<0. 05). Conclusion:PBL-QCC activity group training model is superior to traditional training modes,higher level of overall coordination can adapt to a surgical specialist surgery increasingly specialist development needs,productivity to speed up construction of nurse team,so as to improve the quality of nursing in operation room work worthy of replication.
