目的：：探讨细节护理在减少妇科腹腔镜手术并发症中的效果。方法：选取2011年11月~2014年3月于我院进行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的240例患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组(常规手术护理组)和观察组(细节护理组)。比较两组患者并发症发生率、对护理的满意度及干预前后患者对并发症的认知度。结果：观察组并发症发生率均低于对照组,患者对护理各个方面的满意度均高于对照组,干预后患者对并发症的认知度均优于对照组,均P<0.05,均有统计学意义。结论：做好细节护理在减少妇科腹腔镜手术并发症中的效果较好,其可有效提升患者对并发症的认知度,且患者对其满意度也相对较高。

Objective:To observe and study the effect of detailed nursing in decreasing the complication of patients with laparoscopic operation in department of gynaecology. Methods:240 patients with laparoscopic operation in department of gynaecology from November 2011 to March 2014 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(routine operation nursing group)120 cases and observation group(detailed nursing group)120 ca-ses,then the rates of various complications,satisfaction degree for the nursing and awareness for the complications before and after the nursing were analyzed and compared. Results:The various complications rates of observation group were all lower than those of control group,total satisfaction rates for various nurs-ing items were all higher than those of control group,the awareness for the complications d after the nursing were all higher than those of control group too, all P<0. 05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion:The effect of detailed nursing in decreasing the complication of patients with laparoscopic op-eration in department of gynaecology is better,and it can effectively improve the awareness of patients for the complications,so the satisfaction degree of pa-tients for the nursing is relatively higher.
