目的：：探讨扶正利胆汤对贲门癌患者术后早期胃排空障碍的影响。方法：选择我科2012年12月~2013年12月收治的60例贲门癌术后早期出现胃排空障碍的患者为研究对象，随机等分为对照组和试验组，两组均给予常规护理，对照组给予多潘立酮治疗，试验组在对照组基础上给予扶正利胆汤治疗。比较两组患者疗效。结果：试验组疗效较对照组高(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：贲门癌术后早期给予扶正利胆汤治疗可明显改善患者胃排空障碍，有利于患者康复。

목적：：탐토부정리담탕대분문암환자술후조기위배공장애적영향。방법：선택아과2012년12월~2013년12월수치적60례분문암술후조기출현위배공장애적환자위연구대상，수궤등분위대조조화시험조，량조균급여상규호리，대조조급여다반립동치료，시험조재대조조기출상급여부정리담탕치료。비교량조환자료효。결과：시험조료효교대조조고(P<0.05)，차이유통계학의의。결론：분문암술후조기급여부정리담탕치료가명현개선환자위배공장애，유리우환자강복。
Objective:To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Fuzhenglidan soup on delayed gastric emptying in patients after resection of cardi-ac cancer. Methods:Selected 60 cases suffering from delayed gastric emptying after resection of cardiac cancer,all the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group included 30 cases who were given domperidone combined routine nursing,the treatment group included 30 cases who were giv-en traditional Chinese medicine Fuzhenglidan soup based on routine nursing. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate increased significantly in treatment group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Fuzhenglidan soup combined psychological nursing could improve the delayed gastric emptying,and it was helpful for the illness recovery.
