以牛蒡为原料,从液固比、微波功率及处理时间3个因素出发,研究各个因素对牛蒡中多糖提取率的影响,并在此基础上,设计正交试验,分析并确定牛蒡中多糖提取率的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:微波法提取牛蒡中多糖的最佳提取条件为:微波功率300W、微波处理时间2min和液固比40∶1,最终多糖提取率可达13.41%。

Taking burdock as raw material, effects of liquid-solid ratio, microwave power and treatment time on polysaccharide extraction percent were investigation, respectively. Based on single factor test, optimum process condi-tions were confirmed by orthogonal test. Results showed that polysaccharide extraction yield was 13.41%under microwave power 300W, time 2min and liquid-solid ratio 40∶1 conditions.
