目前在一些地区葡萄籽粕已被用于动物养殖。本文介绍了采用单因素试验进行超声波辅助提取葡萄籽油的研究,结果表明:在超声时间、料液比、温度和超声功率4个考察因素中,料液比对提取效果具有显著性影响;通过正交试验对提取条件进行了优化,选用石油醚作为萃取溶剂、超声时间为40min、超声功率为90W、料液比为1∶10和温度为50℃,效果最佳,测得葡萄籽油得率为14.03%。本试验为葡萄籽油产品的开发奠定了基础。

Ultrasonic-assisted method was used to extract oil from grape seed. Extraction conditions were opti-mized by orthogonal design. Influences of different factors on extraction conditions were analyzed. Results showed that order of influence of extraction factors on extraction content of grape seed oil at material liquid ration>time>tempera-ture>power. Optimum technological conditions were as follows: extraction time for 40min, ultrasonic power at 90W, material liquid ration 1∶10, extraction temperature at 50℃, and extraction rate was 14.03% under optimum conditions.
