目的::探究电镀企业中铬污染现状和作业者接触情况,为下一步采取治理措施提供必要的依据。方法:选取佛山市12家使用六价铬的电镀企业,测定车间空气铬酸雾浓度;对70名车间作业工人和60例非接触作业人员进行了红细胞铬含量的测定,并进行职业健康检查。结果:电镀企业的车间内空气铬酸雾平均浓度为0.033(0.01~0.062)mg/ m3;车间作业工人的红细胞铬含量为(5.18±2.37)μg/ L,显著高于非接触作业人员的(0.53±0.15)μg/ L,P<0.01。结论:佛山市电镀企业车间中铬含量存在高于国家规定的标准,电镀作业工人体内铬负荷显著高于非接触作业人员。

Objective: To investigate Cr6+ pollution and worker exposure levels in the electroplating enterprises for offering nec-essary evidence to further treatment. Methods: 12 electroplating enterprises were selected. Chromic acid mist concentrations were measured. 70 electroplating workers and 60 healthy unexposed controls were recruited to check the chromium contents in erythrocytes, and were for the occupational health examination. Results: The average chromium content in the air of the electroplating enterprises was 0. 033mg/ m3 (0. 01-0. 062). The Cr(VI) content in erythrocytes in the electroplating workers was 5. 18±2. 37μg/ L, which was significantly higher than that in control subjects (0. 53±0. 15μg/ L) (P<0. 01). Conclusions: The chromium content in the air of the Foshan electroplating enterprises is higher than the national norm, and the Cr(VI) content in erythrocytes in the electroplating workers is significantly higher than those of unexposed controls.
