目的:观察芪蝼肾炎丸对阿霉素大鼠尿蛋白、血清生化指标以及肾脏组织内皮素1(ET-1)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法制备阿霉素肾病大鼠模型,检测大鼠24h尿蛋白定量,血清生化,肾脏ET-1、 TGF-β1的变化。结果芪蝼肾炎丸可明显降低阿霉素大鼠24h尿蛋白定量、血浆胆固醇、三酰甘油,升高血浆白蛋白,并使肾组织的ET-1及TGF-β1水平下降。结论芪蝼肾炎丸可降低阿霉素大鼠的血脂和蛋白尿水平,升高血清白蛋白,其机理与下调肾组织ET-1、 TGF-β1的水平有关。
目的:觀察芪螻腎炎汍對阿黴素大鼠尿蛋白、血清生化指標以及腎髒組織內皮素1(ET-1)、轉化生長因子-β1(TGF-β1)的影響。方法製備阿黴素腎病大鼠模型,檢測大鼠24h尿蛋白定量,血清生化,腎髒ET-1、 TGF-β1的變化。結果芪螻腎炎汍可明顯降低阿黴素大鼠24h尿蛋白定量、血漿膽固醇、三酰甘油,升高血漿白蛋白,併使腎組織的ET-1及TGF-β1水平下降。結論芪螻腎炎汍可降低阿黴素大鼠的血脂和蛋白尿水平,升高血清白蛋白,其機理與下調腎組織ET-1、 TGF-β1的水平有關。
목적:관찰기루신염환대아매소대서뇨단백、혈청생화지표이급신장조직내피소1(ET-1)、전화생장인자-β1(TGF-β1)적영향。방법제비아매소신병대서모형,검측대서24h뇨단백정량,혈청생화,신장ET-1、 TGF-β1적변화。결과기루신염환가명현강저아매소대서24h뇨단백정량、혈장담고순、삼선감유,승고혈장백단백,병사신조직적ET-1급TGF-β1수평하강。결론기루신염환가강저아매소대서적혈지화단백뇨수평,승고혈청백단백,기궤리여하조신조직ET-1、 TGF-β1적수평유관。
Objective To observe the effect of Qiloushenyan pill on 24-hour urinary protein and the levels of blood biochemical and ET-1,TGF-β1 expression in adriamycin rat. Methods The preparation of adriamycin rats models.Detected 24-hour urinary protein and the levels of blood biochemical and ET-1,TGF-β1 expression in adriamycin rat. Results Qiloushenyan pill could reduce the 24h urinary protein excretion, the total cholesterol level, the triglyceride level, and improve the albumin level ( P<0.05) .Qiloushenyan pill could reduce the ET-1,TGF-β1 expression (P<0.05) . Conclusion Qiloushenyan pill could reduce the 24h urinary protein excretion, the total cholesterol level, the triglyceride level, and improve the albumin level.The mechanism chould be related to reduce the ET -1,TGF-β1 level of kidney organization.
