目的：探讨天然虾青素对大鼠脑缺血／再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制。方法：采用线栓法复制大鼠局灶性脑缺血／再灌注损伤（MCAO）模型，以神经学评分、脑梗塞体积、血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）为评价指标，考察天然虾青素的脑保护作用。结果：天然虾青素能够明显改善模型动物的神经病学症状，缩小脑梗塞体积，升高血清SOD活性，降低血清MDA水平。结论：天然虾青素在防治大鼠脑缺血／再灌注损伤方面具有明显作用，其作用与抗氧化损伤有关。
목적：탐토천연하청소대대서뇌결혈／재관주손상적보호작용급궤제。방법：채용선전법복제대서국조성뇌결혈／재관주손상（MCAO）모형，이신경학평분、뇌경새체적、혈청초양화물기화매（SOD）、병이철（MDA）위평개지표，고찰천연하청소적뇌보호작용。결과：천연하청소능구명현개선모형동물적신경병학증상，축소뇌경새체적，승고혈청SOD활성，강저혈청MDA수평。결론：천연하청소재방치대서뇌결혈／재관주손상방면구유명현작용，기작용여항양화손상유관。
Objective To observe the effect of the natural astaxanthin on the rat model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury and detect the mechanism of it.Methods The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)model was used.The neurological score,infarct volume,the content of SOD and MDA in the serum were evaluated.Results The results showed that the natural astaxanthin could sig-nificantly improve the neurological symptoms,reduce the infarct volume,increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in serum.Conclusion The natural astaxanthin had a significant protective effect on rat cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.The mechanism may be related to antioxidant.
