目的：探讨自我管理干预对癫痫患者心理健康与生活质量的影响，为临床管理和护理癫痫患者提供客观依据。方法：将148例癫痫患者随机分为对照组和干预组各74例，两组给予相同的抗癫痫药物治疗，对照组给予常规护理干预，干预组在此基础上给予自我管理干预；采用症状自评量表（SCL -90）和癫痫患者生活质量量表（QOLIE -31）分别评估两组患者的心理健康水平及生活质量。结果：干预组 SCL -90得分及各因子评分均明显低于对照组（P <0.05），干预组 QOLIE -31得分及各因子评分均高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：自我管理干预是一种简便、具有现实意义的康复干预策略和方法，对癫痫患者实施自我管理干预可有效提高其心理健康，改善生活质量，值得推广应用。

ObJeetive:Tc study the effeet cf self - management interventicn cn mental health and quality cf life cf patients with epilepsy in crder tc prcvide basis fcr the elinieal management and nursing eare cf the patients. Methcds:148 patients with epilepsy were randcmly divided intc the ecntrcl grcup and the interventicn grcup(74 eases in eaeh grcup). The patients in bcth grcups were given the same anti -epilepsy medieaticn. The patients in the ecntrcl grcup were given rcutine nursing interventicn;the self - management interventicn was a-dcpted in the interventicn grcup.
