目的：调查在 ICU 治疗的肾功能衰竭患者家属的抑郁、焦虑状况，并探索相关影响因素，从而有针对性地开展心理护理干预，以提高护理服务水平。方法：选择在 ICU 科住院的59例肾功能衰竭患者家属作为调查对象，采用抑郁自评量表（ CES -D）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）分别评定患者家属的抑郁、焦虑状况，自编问卷调查肾衰竭患者家属的一般情况。结果：ICU 肾功能衰竭患者家属的抑郁、焦虑评分高于国内常模（P <0.01）；焦虑与抑郁的影响因素基本一致，为性别、年龄、职业、医保情况。结论：ICU 肾功能衰竭患者家属抑郁和焦虑的不良心理状况较严重，其中主要的影响因素除生理差异性别、年龄外，农民、无社会医疗保障者不良心理状况更严重，在病患沟通过程中应给予更多关爱。
