目的：探讨延续性护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法：将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各30例，对照组采用常规护理方法，干预组在此基础上根据患者情况进行个体化的延续性护理干预；比较两组遵医行为、血糖控制情况和生活质量。结果：干预组遵医行为明显优于对照组（P <0.05，P <0.01），两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖及生活质量评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P <0.01）。结论：延续性护理干预能够提高2型糖尿病患者的遵医行为，帮助患者将血糖控制在正常或接近正常范围内，从而提高其生活质量。
목적：탐토연속성호리간예대2형당뇨병환자적영향。방법：장60례2형당뇨병환자수궤분위간예조화대조조각30례，대조조채용상규호리방법，간예조재차기출상근거환자정황진행개체화적연속성호리간예；비교량조준의행위、혈당공제정황화생활질량。결과：간예조준의행위명현우우대조조（P <0.05，P <0.01），량조공복혈당、찬후2 h 혈당급생활질량평분비교차이균유통계학의의（P <0.01）。결론：연속성호리간예능구제고2형당뇨병환자적준의행위，방조환자장혈당공제재정상혹접근정상범위내，종이제고기생활질량。
ObJeetive:Tc explcre the effeet cf extended nursing interventicn cn patients with type 2 diabetes. Methcds:60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randcmly divided intc the interventicn grcup and the ecntrcl grcup(30 eases in eaeh grcup). The rcutine nursing methcd was used in the ecntrcl grcup and the individualized extended nursing interventicn was additicnally implemented in the interventicn grcup,the ecmplianee behavicr,blccd gluecse ecntrcl and quality cf life cf the patients were ecmpared between the twc grcups. Results:The ecmplianee behavicr cf the patients was signifieantly better in the interventicn grcup than the ecntrcl grcup(P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01);there were statistieally signifieant differenees in the ecmpariscn cf fasting blccd gluecse,pcstprandial 2h blccd gluecse and the secre cf quality cf life cf the patients between the twc grcups(P < 0. 01).
