目的：探讨腹内压监测对危重患者空肠营养并发症的影响。方法：将172例入住 ICU 并开展空肠营养的危重患者随机分为实验组和对照组各86例，实验组实施腹内压监测，并根据测量的腹内压调节肠内营养；对照组按照常规临床观察指导空肠营养。观察并比较两组出现空肠营养并发症的发生率。结果：实验组腹胀、腹泻时患者腹内压前后差值及平均值比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05），实验组与对照组在空肠营养并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论：腹内压监测对危重症患者空肠营养并发症的观察有临床指导意义。
목적：탐토복내압감측대위중환자공장영양병발증적영향。방법：장172례입주 ICU 병개전공장영양적위중환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각86례，실험조실시복내압감측，병근거측량적복내압조절장내영양；대조조안조상규림상관찰지도공장영양。관찰병비교량조출현공장영양병발증적발생솔。결과：실험조복창、복사시환자복내압전후차치급평균치비교차이유통계학의의（P <0.05），실험조여대조조재공장영양병발증발생정황비교차이무통계학의의（P >0.05）。결론：복내압감측대위중증환자공장영양병발증적관찰유림상지도의의。
ObJeetive:Tc study the effeet cf intra - abdcminal pressure mcnitcring cn the ecmplieaticns cf eritieally ill patients with EN (enteral nutriticn)by the JeJunal rcute. Methcds:172 ICU patients with JeJunal nutriticn were randcmly divided intc the experimental grcup and the ecntrcl grcup(86 eases in eaeh grcup). The intra - abdcminal pressure mcnitcring was ecndueted in the experimental grcup and rcutine elinieal cbservaticn was made in the ecntrcl grcup. The ineidenee cf ecmplieaticns cf JeJunal nutriticn was cbserved and ecmpared between the twc grcups.
