目的:探讨《内科疾病动态护理图解》中动态健康教育指引在内科病区健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2014年1-5月在消化内科、心内科、神经内科、内分泌科住院的366例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。观察组186例以《内科疾病动态护理图解》书籍引导下进行动态健康教育;对照组180例给予常规健康教育。观察两组患者健康教育效果和患者满意度。结果:两组在入院介绍、疾病知识、药物指导、特殊检查、饮食指导、出院指导等方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组满意度调查比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在内科护理工作中,运用《内科疾病动态护理图解》中的动态健康教育指引指导下实施健康教育,可提高健康教育效果及提高患者满意度,对提高内科护理质量具有重要意义。

목적:탐토《내과질병동태호리도해》중동태건강교육지인재내과병구건강교육중적응용효과。방법:선취본원2014년1-5월재소화내과、심내과、신경내과、내분비과주원적366례환자,안수궤수자표법분위량조。관찰조186례이《내과질병동태호리도해》서적인도하진행동태건강교육;대조조180례급여상규건강교육。관찰량조환자건강교육효과화환자만의도。결과:량조재입원개소、질병지식、약물지도、특수검사、음식지도、출원지도등방면비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01);량조만의도조사비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:재내과호리공작중,운용《내과질병동태호리도해》중적동태건강교육지인지도하실시건강교육,가제고건강교육효과급제고환자만의도,대제고내과호리질량구유중요의의。
Objective:To explore the application effect of dynamic health education guidance of the"Dynamic Nursing Graphical in Internal Medicine Diseases"in health education of the department of internal medicine.Method:366 patients who were hospitalized in the departments of gastroenterology,cardiology,neurology and endocrinology of Hechi people’s hospital from January 2014 to May 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random sampling method. The observation group contained 186 cases,all of which were given the dynamic health education with the guidance of“Dynamic Nursing Graphical in Internal Medicine Diseases”book. The remaining 180 cases made up the control group and were treated with routine health education. The effect of health education and patient satisfaction between these two groups were observed.Result:Both groups had statistical significance in hospitalization introduction, knowledge of disease,drug use guidance,special examination,diet guidance,discharge guidance(P<0.01). The patient satisfaction survey between these two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of dynamic health education guidance with“Dynamic Nursing Graphical in Internal Medicine Diseases”book can improve the level of health education and patient satisfaction which is of great significance in improving the nursing quality in the department of internal medicine.
