目的：探讨3M留置针透明敷料在小儿腹股沟斜疝术后切口护理中的应用效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院外科2012年1月-2013年12月小儿腹股沟斜疝术后患者160例，随机将其分为试验组（80例），术后切口应用6 cm×7 cm 3M透明敷料；对照组（80例）术后切口应用9 cm×7 cm 3L粘帖，观察术后应用3M透明敷料和3L粘贴伤口敷料的数量、切口换药的次数、换药的耗材、切口感染的例数。结果：试验组患者应用敷料的数量、换药次数、医用耗材、切口感染例数均少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：应用3M透明敷贴能有效减少换药次数、节约医用耗材、防止切口感染，方便患者家属，减少护士的工作量，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토3M류치침투명부료재소인복고구사산술후절구호리중적응용효과。방법：선취필자소재의원외과2012년1월-2013년12월소인복고구사산술후환자160례，수궤장기분위시험조（80례），술후절구응용6 cm×7 cm 3M투명부료；대조조（80례）술후절구응용9 cm×7 cm 3L점첩，관찰술후응용3M투명부료화3L점첩상구부료적수량、절구환약적차수、환약적모재、절구감염적례수。결과：시험조환자응용부료적수량、환약차수、의용모재、절구감염례수균소우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：응용3M투명부첩능유효감소환약차수、절약의용모재、방지절구감염，방편환자가속，감소호사적공작량，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the application effect of 3M transparent dressing in pediatric inguinal hernia for postoperative wound care.Method:One thousand six hundred of pediatric patients with indirect inguinal hernia were randomly selected in our hospital of from January 2012 to December 2013.They were divided into two groups (each contained 80 cases).The experimental group was given 6 cm×7 cm 3M transparent dressing for postoperative incision,9 cm×7 cm 3L pastes were used in the contrl group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Result:The number of application of dressing change times medical consumables incision infection cases in the experimental group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of 3M transparent dressing can effectively reduce the frequency of changing dressings save medical consumables,prevent the infection of incision,and reduce the workload of nurses.It is worthy of being spreaded.
