目的:本文探讨《中华人民共和国精神卫生法》(以下简称《精神卫生法》)实施后精神专科医院医疗纠纷特征与防范对策。发生医患纠纷的原因主要是《精神卫生法》知晓率低和医患沟通有效性低。防范对策:提高民众知晓率、加强《精神卫生法》和精神卫生知识的宣传;提高医务人员法律意识,加强法律、法规的培训;注重职业道德建设;提高医患沟通有效性;重视患者及家属知情权;加强医疗文书书写质量;完善安全防范制度,加强隐患排查。此法实施后精神专科医院医患纠纷特征仍以医院服务问题为主,必须重视服务能力的提高,才能有效防范和解决医患纠纷。
目的:本文探討《中華人民共和國精神衛生法》(以下簡稱《精神衛生法》)實施後精神專科醫院醫療糾紛特徵與防範對策。髮生醫患糾紛的原因主要是《精神衛生法》知曉率低和醫患溝通有效性低。防範對策:提高民衆知曉率、加彊《精神衛生法》和精神衛生知識的宣傳;提高醫務人員法律意識,加彊法律、法規的培訓;註重職業道德建設;提高醫患溝通有效性;重視患者及傢屬知情權;加彊醫療文書書寫質量;完善安全防範製度,加彊隱患排查。此法實施後精神專科醫院醫患糾紛特徵仍以醫院服務問題為主,必鬚重視服務能力的提高,纔能有效防範和解決醫患糾紛。
목적:본문탐토《중화인민공화국정신위생법》(이하간칭《정신위생법》)실시후정신전과의원의료규분특정여방범대책。발생의환규분적원인주요시《정신위생법》지효솔저화의환구통유효성저。방범대책:제고민음지효솔、가강《정신위생법》화정신위생지식적선전;제고의무인원법률의식,가강법률、법규적배훈;주중직업도덕건설;제고의환구통유효성;중시환자급가속지정권;가강의료문서서사질량;완선안전방범제도,가강은환배사。차법실시후정신전과의원의환규분특정잉이의원복무문제위주,필수중시복무능력적제고,재능유효방범화해결의환규분。
In this article,the author discussed the mental hospital characteristics and prevention countermeasures in medical disputes after'the mental health law of the People's Republic of China'(hereinafter referred to as the'mental health law') implemented.Low awareness of the mental health law and low effectiveness of doctor-patient communication were the main reasons of doctor-patient dispute.Prevention measures include:improving public awareness;strengthening the mental health law and the conduct propaganda of knowledge of mental health;improving the legal consciousness of medical staff; strengthening the laws, regulations, training;paying attention to professional ethics construction;improving doctor-patient communication effectiveness;attaching great importance to the patient and family members' right to know; improving the quality of medical documents writing; perfecting the security system;strengthening the hidden perils.After this law implemented,the spirit of specialized subject hospital medical disputes features were still priority to the hospital service problems.We must pay attention to the improvement of service ability,which could effectively prevent and solve medical disputes.
