目的：本文探讨以社区医疗为基础，对社区糖尿病患者进行健康教育的重要性。通过采用多种方式对社区糖尿病患者及其家属进行糖尿病饮食、运动、用药等方面的健康指导，同时加强对患者的健康知识教育。使糖尿病患者对相关知识有了更加详细的了解，饮食与运动更加科学合理，药物治疗更加系统规范。因此，在社区通过相关知识的宣传与教育，糖尿病患者对自身病情有了更进一步的认识，生存质量有了显著的提高，患者的病情也得到了稳定。
목적：본문탐토이사구의료위기출，대사구당뇨병환자진행건강교육적중요성。통과채용다충방식대사구당뇨병환자급기가속진행당뇨병음식、운동、용약등방면적건강지도，동시가강대환자적건강지식교육。사당뇨병환자대상관지식유료경가상세적료해，음식여운동경가과학합리，약물치료경가계통규범。인차，재사구통과상관지식적선전여교육，당뇨병환자대자신병정유료경진일보적인식，생존질량유료현저적제고，환자적병정야득도료은정。
In this paper,we would investigate the importance of health education for community diabetes patients based on community medical,to obeserve the implementation effect.The community diabetes patients and their families were given diabetes diet,exercise,medication and other aspects of health guidance with various ways,at the same time,we strengthened the education for patients with health knowledge.Then,patients with diabetes had a more detailed understanding of relevant knowledge,diet and exercise were more scientific and reasonable.Drug treatment was more systematic and standardized. Therefore,in the community,through publicity and education of relevant knowledge,patients with diabetes have a further understanding of their own conditions.Quality of life is improved significantly.The patient's condition is more stable.
