目的：本文通过对528例住院糖尿病患者进行连续3 d的动态血糖监测。结果显示，连续动态血糖监测系统能发现及记录常规方法难以发现的血糖波动。因此，通过正确使用连续动态血糖监测系统，做好健康宣教，才能充分发挥连续动态血糖监测系统效能，提高糖尿病患者的遵医行为，对调整糖尿病的治疗过程起到指导性的作用。

목적：본문통과대528례주원당뇨병환자진행련속3 d적동태혈당감측。결과현시，련속동태혈당감측계통능발현급기록상규방법난이발현적혈당파동。인차，통과정학사용련속동태혈당감측계통，주호건강선교，재능충분발휘련속동태혈당감측계통효능，제고당뇨병환자적준의행위，대조정당뇨병적치료과정기도지도성적작용。
In this paper,the author investigated blood glucose of 528 hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus from November 2009 to March 2014,and their blood glucose were dynamicly monitored for 3 days.The results reflected that the dynamic continuous glucose monitoring system could find out blood glucose fluctuation,which were difficult to find by conventional methods,and also could record it.Therefore,Only through correctly use of continuous dynamic glucose monitoring system and do a good job in health education.the effectiveness of continuous dynamic glucose monitoring system could give the full play,and improve the compliance behavior of patients with diabetes.It played an important guiding role in adjusting treatment process of diabetes.
