目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗老年阑尾炎临床疗效。方法：32例老年阑尾炎患者作为研究组，给予腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗；同期选取32例老年阑尾炎患者作为对照组，给予开腹阑尾切除术治疗。记录两组患者治疗情况、预后情况，给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果：与对照组相比，研究组手术时间显著增加，但其术中出血量及术后住院时间显著减少；研究组并发症发生率13.79%，显著低于对照组29.31%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在老年阑尾炎患者的治疗中，腹腔镜阑尾切除术可显著提高临床疗效及预后，有利于患者尽快恢复健康，保障其生活质量及生命安全。

목적：탐토복강경란미절제술치료노년란미염림상료효。방법：32례노년란미염환자작위연구조，급여복강경란미절제술치료；동기선취32례노년란미염환자작위대조조，급여개복란미절제술치료。기록량조환자치료정황、예후정황，급여통계학분석후득출결론。결과：여대조조상비，연구조수술시간현저증가，단기술중출혈량급술후주원시간현저감소；연구조병발증발생솔13.79%，현저저우대조조29.31%，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재노년란미염환자적치료중，복강경란미절제술가현저제고림상료효급예후，유리우환자진쾌회복건강，보장기생활질량급생명안전。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of elderly appendicitis.Methods:The research group of 32 elderly appendicitis patients were treated with laparoscopic appendectomy treatment.The control group of 32 elderly appendicitis patients were treated with laparotomy appendectomy treatment.The treatment and prognosis of patients in two groups were recorded.The conclusion was reached after statistical analysis.Results:Compared with patients in the control group,the operation time of the study group was significantly higher;the intranperative bleeding volume and the postoperative hospitalization time were significantly reduced.The complication incidence rate of the research group was 13.79% ,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 29.31%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of elderly appendicitis,laparoscopic appendectomy can significantly improve the clinical effect and prognosis.It is conducive to restore health as soon as possible,guarantee the quality of life and life safety.
