目的:探讨纤维支气管镜吸痰在治疗重症肺炎中的临床应用价值。方法:将62例重症肺炎患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组31例在常规治疗的基础上联合纤维支气管镜吸痰;对照组31例采用常规治疗联合普通的吸痰方法,两组给予同等的营养支持及抗炎治疗,观察并记录两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,及治疗组治疗前后比较,动脉血氧分压(PaO2)及二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、呼吸频率(RR)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗重症肺炎是一种安全而有效的手段,可显著地改善血氧饱和度,提高重症肺炎的治愈率,具有临床应用和推广的价值。

목적:탐토섬유지기관경흡담재치료중증폐염중적림상응용개치。방법:장62례중증폐염환자수궤분위량조,기중치료조31례재상규치료적기출상연합섬유지기관경흡담;대조조31례채용상규치료연합보통적흡담방법,량조급여동등적영양지지급항염치료,관찰병기록량조적치료효과。결과:치료조여대조조상비,급치료조치료전후비교,동맥혈양분압(PaO2)급이양화탄분압(PaCO2)、동맥혈양포화도(SaO2)、호흡빈솔(RR)차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:운용섬유지기관경흡담치료중증폐염시일충안전이유효적수단,가현저지개선혈양포화도,제고중증폐염적치유솔,구유림상응용화추엄적개치。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy suction phlegm in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:62 patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 31 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy suction phlegm on the basis of routine treatment;the control group were treated with conventional therapy combined with conventional sputum suction method.Two groups were given the same nutrition support and anti inflammation treatment.We observed and recorded two groups of curative effect.Results:Compared with the treatment group and the control group,and before and after treatment in the treatment group, arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2) and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),respiratory rate(RR) were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of fiberbronchoscope sputum in the treatment of severe pneumonia is a safe and effective method.It can obviously improve the blood oxygen saturation and improve the cure rate of severe pneumonia,and has the clinical value of application and popularization.
