目的：探讨老年糖尿病低血糖的临床表现与原因。方法：2013年9月-2014年6月收治老年糖尿病低血糖患者50例，对其进行回顾性分析。结果：50例患者中，治疗后病情明显好转45例；合并糖尿病肾病心力衰竭死亡2例；由于就诊时间过晚，经过治疗后出现痴呆症状，成为植物人1例；因突发大面积脑梗死死亡2 例。结论：在临床方面应该加强老年糖尿病低血糖患者的血糖监测，积极发现并缓解其不良症状，避免其病情进一步扩散，威胁患者的生命安全。
目的：探討老年糖尿病低血糖的臨床錶現與原因。方法：2013年9月-2014年6月收治老年糖尿病低血糖患者50例，對其進行迴顧性分析。結果：50例患者中，治療後病情明顯好轉45例；閤併糖尿病腎病心力衰竭死亡2例；由于就診時間過晚，經過治療後齣現癡呆癥狀，成為植物人1例；因突髮大麵積腦梗死死亡2 例。結論：在臨床方麵應該加彊老年糖尿病低血糖患者的血糖鑑測，積極髮現併緩解其不良癥狀，避免其病情進一步擴散，威脅患者的生命安全。
목적：탐토노년당뇨병저혈당적림상표현여원인。방법：2013년9월-2014년6월수치노년당뇨병저혈당환자50례，대기진행회고성분석。결과：50례환자중，치료후병정명현호전45례；합병당뇨병신병심력쇠갈사망2례；유우취진시간과만，경과치료후출현치태증상，성위식물인1례；인돌발대면적뇌경사사망2 례。결론：재림상방면응해가강노년당뇨병저혈당환자적혈당감측，적겁발현병완해기불량증상，피면기병정진일보확산，위협환자적생명안전。
Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestation and cause of senile diabetic hypoglycemia.Methods: 50 elderly patients with diabetic hypoglycemia were selected from September 2013 to June 2014.We retrospected analyzed to them.Results:In 50 patients,the patient had improved significantly in 45 cases after the treatment;2 cases were died because of complicated with diabetic nephropathy heart failure;because the visiting time was late,1 case appeared dementia symptoms,and became a vegetative state after the treatment;2 cases were died because of the sudden death of large area cerebral infarction.Conclusion:In the clinical aspects,we should strengthen the monitoring of blood glucose in elderly patients with diabetic hypoglycemia,positively found and alleviate the adverse symptoms,prevent the disease from spreading further,and threaten the patient's life and health security.
