The paper adopts the case analysis and literature research methods,starts from the owner,and points out the management coordina-tion methods for complicated contractor relationship from the bidding and contract management,so as to enhance the high-quality and effective complete of projects,reduce the conflicts and damages in the engineering construction process,and make up the gap of the engineering manage-ment theory in the aspect of the professional contractor management.
