This paper simply introduced the background of real estate valuation,made analysis on the application of surveying and mapping in re-al estate valuation,discussed the function and method of surveying and mapping technology in evaluation benchmark land price and evaluation of the factors influence of real estate price,pointed out that with the development of surveying and mapping products,it had broad prospects in real estate valuation.
