目的:对比依托咪酯与丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉诱导效果。方法将58例支气管检查的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各29例。观察组予丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼诱导。对照组予依托咪酯和瑞芬太尼诱导。观察和记录2组检查时间、入睡时间、苏醒时间、注射痛、供氧不良、低血压、心动过缓和恶心、呕吐不良事件发生率。结果观察组的苏醒时间短于对照组,注射痛和低血压的发生率高于对照组,但恶心、呕吐的发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉诱导过程中使用丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼靶控输注可缩短患者的苏醒时间,降低恶心、呕吐等不良事件的发生率,可获得良好的麻醉诱导效果。

목적:대비의탁미지여병박분파공수주마취유도효과。방법장58례지기관검사적환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각29례。관찰조여병박분화서분태니유도。대조조여의탁미지화서분태니유도。관찰화기록2조검사시간、입수시간、소성시간、주사통、공양불량、저혈압、심동과완화악심、구토불량사건발생솔。결과관찰조적소성시간단우대조조,주사통화저혈압적발생솔고우대조조,단악심、구토적발생솔저우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재마취유도과정중사용병박분연합서분태니파공수주가축단환자적소성시간,강저악심、구토등불량사건적발생솔,가획득량호적마취유도효과。
Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of etomidate and propofol in target-controlled in fusion.Meth-ods 58 cases patients with bronchial diseases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 29 ca-ses.Observation group was treated by propofol and remifentanil,Control group was treated by etomidate and remifentanil.After treatment,compared the check time, sleep time, recovery time, injection pain, poor oxygen supply, hypotension, bradycardia, nausea,vomiting and adverse events of 2 groups.Results The recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of con-trol group,the incidence of injection pain and hypotension of observation group was higher than that of control group,the inci-dence of nausea,vomiting was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The etomidate and propofol in target-controlled in fusion can shorten the patient′s recovery time,reduce the incidence of nausea,vomiting and other adverse events,get a good anesthetic induction.
