目的：探讨非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征（ NSTE－ACS）患者全球急性冠状动脉事件注册（ GRACE）评分和心肌梗死溶栓治疗临床试验（ TIMI）危险评分与冠状动脉病变的关系，评价GRACE和TIMI危险评分对NSTEACS患者冠状动脉病变预测的价值。方法收集2010年1月－2013年6月住院的NSTE－ACS患者共108例，以相关临床预测变量对其分别进行GRACE和TIMI危险评分，以及行冠状动脉造影，分析不同危险分层系统中患者冠状动脉病变的特点，及GRACE和TIMI危险评分与冠脉病变之间的关系。结果随着GRACE和TIMI危险评分分值的增加， NSTE－ACS患者冠状动脉狭窄的支数及狭窄的程度呈增加的趋势。结论 GRACE和TIMI危险评分对NSTE－ACS患者冠状动脉病变支数、狭窄严重程度有一定的预测价值。
목적：탐토비ST단태고급성관맥종합정（ NSTE－ACS）환자전구급성관상동맥사건주책（ GRACE）평분화심기경사용전치료림상시험（ TIMI）위험평분여관상동맥병변적관계，평개GRACE화TIMI위험평분대NSTEACS환자관상동맥병변예측적개치。방법수집2010년1월－2013년6월주원적NSTE－ACS환자공108례，이상관림상예측변량대기분별진행GRACE화TIMI위험평분，이급행관상동맥조영，분석불동위험분층계통중환자관상동맥병변적특점，급GRACE화TIMI위험평분여관맥병변지간적관계。결과수착GRACE화TIMI위험평분분치적증가， NSTE－ACS환자관상동맥협착적지수급협착적정도정증가적추세。결론 GRACE화TIMI위험평분대NSTE－ACS환자관상동맥병변지수、협착엄중정도유일정적예측개치。
Objective To research the relationship between GRACE,TIMI risk score and coronary lesion severity in patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome( NSTE-ACS) and to assess the predictive value of GRACE and TIMI risk score for coronary lesion severity in NSTE-ACS.Methods 108 cases patients with NSTE-ACS were evaluated from January 2010 to June 2013 by GRACE and TIMI risk score,and received coronary arteriongraphy.Characteristics of coronary artery lesions and their relationship with GRACE and TIMI risk score were analyzed.Results As the scores of GRACE and TIMI risk score increased,the severity of coronary stenosis and numbers of pathological artery were increased.Conclusion There are certain values of GRACE and TIMI risk score for predicting the numbers of pathological artery and the severity of coronary stenosis in patients with NSTE-ACS.
