分析了我国工程教育面临的问题，面对教育经费紧张的现状，根据葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业的特点，提出对葡萄与葡萄酒生产的共性和特殊的工艺过程和设备进行录像和摄影，编制系统完整的教学视频材料的设想和实践，并提出在相应的教学环节灵活方便应用的建议。这种辅助手段对工程实践教学的经济性和使用灵活性方面具有实际意义和应用价值，也可对其他工科专业的实践教学环节起到借鉴作用。

Problems on engineering education in China are analyzed. An available means is proposed according to the situation of educational fund the character of grape and wine engineering majors,which can be performed by video and photograph recording the common and special technologies and equipments on the production processes of grape and wine,and then an integrated video will be made and applied to corresponding teaching activities as an assistant. This means will be significant and valuable to the economic efficiency and practical application of engineer-ing practice teaching,and will also have the reference impact on the practice teaching of other engineering majors.
