目的:研究血清白介素1(IL-1)、可溶性白介素2受体(sIL-2R)和白介素10(IL-10)的检测在继发型肺结核患者的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫方法( ELISA)检测71例继发型肺结核患者和21例对照组血清中IL-1、sIL-2R、IL-10的水平变化。结果与对照组相比较,继发型肺结核组血清中sIL-2R的含量明显升高(P<0.01),而IL-1和IL-10的含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。进一步分析结果显示,继发型肺结核组血清中sIL-2R的含量与抗酸杆菌的数量有关(P<0.05),IL-10的含量在有空洞的继发型肺结核患者血清中明显升高(P<0.05)。结论血清sIL-2R和IL-10可作为继发型肺结核感染、恶性程度诊断的主要指标,具有重要的研究价值。

목적:연구혈청백개소1(IL-1)、가용성백개소2수체(sIL-2R)화백개소10(IL-10)적검측재계발형폐결핵환자적림상의의。방법채용매련면역방법( ELISA)검측71례계발형폐결핵환자화21례대조조혈청중IL-1、sIL-2R、IL-10적수평변화。결과여대조조상비교,계발형폐결핵조혈청중sIL-2R적함량명현승고(P<0.01),이IL-1화IL-10적함량무명현변화(P>0.05)。진일보분석결과현시,계발형폐결핵조혈청중sIL-2R적함량여항산간균적수량유관(P<0.05),IL-10적함량재유공동적계발형폐결핵환자혈청중명현승고(P<0.05)。결론혈청sIL-2R화IL-10가작위계발형폐결핵감염、악성정도진단적주요지표,구유중요적연구개치。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum IL-1, sIL-2R, and IL-10 levels in pa-tients with secondary tuberculosis. Methods The serum contents of IL-1, sIL-2R, and IL-10 were examined in 71 patients with secondary tuberculosis and 21 controls by ELISA assay. Results The serum levels of sIL-2R in pa-tients with secondary tuberculosis increased significantly compared with the controls (P<0. 01), but the serum levels of IL-1 and IL-10 showed no significant difference ( P>0. 05 ) . Further analysis showed that the changes of serum sIL-2R in patients with secondary tuberculosis were correlated with the number of acid fast bacilli (P<0. 05), and the content of IL-10 in secondary tuberculosis patients with cavity greatly increased compared with those without cavity (P<0. 05). Conclusion The serum levels of sIL-2R and IL-10 could be major indexes for the diagnosis of second-ary tuberculosis infection and progression.
