目的:本研究主要探讨超声心动图在OSAHS诊断中的价值。方法将就诊于我院呼吸内科OSAHS患者(观察组)及行心脏彩超体检者(对照组)作为研究对象。受试者采取左侧卧位,行彩色多普勒、M型及胸二维的超声心动图的检测。比较两组受试者的一般资料、左心系统指标(包括左房舒张期内径LA、左室后壁舒张期厚度LVPWd、室间隔舒张期厚度IVSd、主动脉瓣环内径AO及左室射血分数LVEF)、右心系统指标(包括平均肺动脉压力PASP、右室内径RV、右室前壁厚度RVAWd)等。结果本研究共纳入研究对象80例,其中观察组患者45例,对照组35例。观察组患者的LA、LVPWd、IVSd、AO均显著高于对照组( P均<0.01),而LVEF值显著低于对照组(t=13.98,P<0.01);观察组患者的PASP、RV、RVAWd均显著低于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论超声心动图检查对于OSAHS的早期诊断有重要的临床参考依据。

목적:본연구주요탐토초성심동도재OSAHS진단중적개치。방법장취진우아원호흡내과OSAHS환자(관찰조)급행심장채초체검자(대조조)작위연구대상。수시자채취좌측와위,행채색다보륵、M형급흉이유적초성심동도적검측。비교량조수시자적일반자료、좌심계통지표(포괄좌방서장기내경LA、좌실후벽서장기후도LVPWd、실간격서장기후도IVSd、주동맥판배내경AO급좌실사혈분수LVEF)、우심계통지표(포괄평균폐동맥압력PASP、우실내경RV、우실전벽후도RVAWd)등。결과본연구공납입연구대상80례,기중관찰조환자45례,대조조35례。관찰조환자적LA、LVPWd、IVSd、AO균현저고우대조조( P균<0.01),이LVEF치현저저우대조조(t=13.98,P<0.01);관찰조환자적PASP、RV、RVAWd균현저저우대조조(P균<0.01)。결론초성심동도검사대우OSAHS적조기진단유중요적림상삼고의거。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of echocardiography in patients with OSAHS. Meth-ods The clinical data of patients with OSAHS received treatment at our hospital from 2013 to 2014 was retrospective-ly analyzed. Patients included were divided into two groups according to the treatment, the observation group ( OS-AHS patients) and the control group ( normal people) . Patients included received echocardiography. The general in-formation, left ventricular system indicators and right ventricular system indicators between the two groups were com-pared. Results A total of 80 patients were retrospective analyzed, including 45 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group. The levels of LA, LVPWd, IVSd and AO were statistically higher in the observation group than in the control group. The levels of LVEF, PASP, RV and RVAWd were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Echocardiography has important clinical reference for the early diagno-sis of OSAHS.
