在高校学生工作中，实行研究生兼职辅导员的高校越来越多，研究生兼职辅导员的实施也显得非常必要。通过建立健全研究生兼职辅导员各项管理及考核评价机制，明确研究生兼职辅导员的角色定位，发挥研究生主体意识，形成与研究生人才培养相结合，与研究生职业规划相结合模式，实现研究生思想政治教育工作的创新。

재고교학생공작중，실행연구생겸직보도원적고교월래월다，연구생겸직보도원적실시야현득비상필요。통과건립건전연구생겸직보도원각항관리급고핵평개궤제，명학연구생겸직보도원적각색정위，발휘연구생주체의식，형성여연구생인재배양상결합，여연구생직업규화상결합모식，실현연구생사상정치교육공작적창신。
More and more colleges have implemented part-time graduate student counselors in student work, and it is very necessary. Through establishing and improving the management and assessment mechanism of part-time graduate student counselors, identifying their role orientation,playing their subject awareness,forming the patterns of combination with personnel training and career planning of graduate student,the innovation in ideological and political education work of graduate student can be realized.
