研究了酸度、消解时间、消解功率对微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶粉铅含量的影响。结果表明:酸度对测定结果有较大影响,pH 2.0时铅元素的测定值最大;消解时间在8~10 min内奶粉消解完全;消解功率越高,则消解越彻底,而分步调高功率消解效果同样良好。
研究瞭痠度、消解時間、消解功率對微波消解-火燄原子吸收光譜法測定奶粉鉛含量的影響。結果錶明:痠度對測定結果有較大影響,pH 2.0時鉛元素的測定值最大;消解時間在8~10 min內奶粉消解完全;消解功率越高,則消解越徹底,而分步調高功率消解效果同樣良好。

The effect of acidity, digestion time, and digestion power on the determination of Pb in milk powder by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry was studies. The results showed that: acidity has great effect on the determination result, with the maximum Pb when the acidity being pH2.0; the milk powder digests completely in 8 to 10 minutes; the higher power is, the more thorough digestion is generated, while the effect is equally good when increasing the digestion power step by step.
