建立了气相色谱检测小麦和玉米中氰戊菊酯、氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯残留量的方法。样品中的目标物采用乙腈提取,经PSA净化,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测。试验结果表明,小麦和玉米样品基质3水平添加条件下,3种农药的回收率(n=6)为66.3%~116.0%,相对标准偏差1.48%~10.30%,最低检出限为0.0009 mg/kg~0.0010 mg/kg。该方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留测定的要求,可以对小麦和玉米中的这3种农药残留进行有效监控。

A analytical method was established for the simultaneous determination of fenvalerate, cypermethrin and deltamethrin in wheat and corn by gas chromatography. The wheat and corn were extracted with acetonitrile, clean-up by PSA and determined by gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD) to determine (ECD) .Results showed that the average recovery rate of three pesticides were from 66.3%to 116.0%, the relative standard deviation were from 1.48%to 10.30%, the minimum detection limit ranged from 0.000 9 mg/kg to 0.001 0 mg/kg. The determination method was characterized by simplicity, higher sensitivity and accuracy, and effective monitoring of for pesticide residues in wheat and corn.
