根据成安渝高速公路四川段超高段路基横断面形式,把超高段细分为填方、半填半挖、短挖方、长挖方及超长挖方段等。在对超高段路面排水系统进行水文水力分析的基础上,根据中央分隔带的结构特点和不同断面与尺寸形式下沟管的水力特性,对超高段路面排水进行系统性优化。排水中沟选用水力特性较好的矩形断面,并在原基础上加深、加宽;根据填挖特性,优化集水井和纵向管的设置。针对超长挖方段汇水面积大、排水困难的问题,在中央分隔带底部设直径300 mm 的双壁波纹管,提高汇流面积。优化后的超高段路面排水系统更加协调、安全与通畅。

According to subgrade cross section of Sichuan Cheng’anyu Expressway,the superelevation section was divided into filled mass sections,cut and fill sections,short excavation sections,long excavation sections and longer excavation sections.Based on hy-draulic and hydrologic analysis of the pavement drainage system in the superelevation, the pavement drainage system of super elevation was optimized according to the struc-tural characteristics and the hydraulic characteristics of the dith and the tube.Rectangu-lar cross-section was selected as drainage ditch.Rainage ditch was deepened and wid-ened.The collection of well and vertical pipes was optimized according to the characteristics of cut and fill.Because catchment areas were large and the dragin was difficult in superelevation section,double-wall corrugated pipe diameter of 300 mm was set at the bottom of median separation in order to improve the convergence area.Pavement drainage system of the superelevation section that was optimized would be more coordinated,safe and smooth.
