“和而不同”的观念是典型的中国哲学智慧。长久以来，“和而不同”一直是中国文化精神的主导意识，它强调多元和谐、异质的协调以及对立的消解，从而追求至善至美的融合。在现代社会，中国的和文化更是超越了时代与民族的限制，延留至今远播海外。中国的大学生作为当代中国社会的新生力量，在中国社会这个特定的集体之中，其对于和文化的认同接收与其的人际关系是否和谐息息相关。

Chinese college students are new force in contemporary China, whose cultural identity is closely related to their interpersonal relationships.
