传统文化是现代创意的源泉，是现代创意的文化根基。江西传统文化底蕴深厚，江西动漫产业的发展应以传统文化为依托，利用江西传统文化元素进行动漫素材及素材库的开发。从江西传统文化素材库建设的目标、二维三维动漫素材的创作、素材库管理平台的开发等方面提出了建议和措施。

Traditional culture is the source of modern ideas, and roots of modern creative culture. Development of Jiangxi animation industry should rely on its profound traditional culture, the elements of which could be exploited as animation materials and material library. The paper put forward proposals and measures on the construction of Jiangxi traditional cultural material library, the creation of 2D and 3D animation material, and the development of material library management platform.
