在分析计量光栅工作原理的基础上,对光栅莫尔条纹信号的可逆计数技术进行了系统分析和研究。特别对软件辨向进行了研究,提出了基于 Cohen- Sutherland编码理论的区域编码软件辨向算法,并设计了光栅信号数据处理的软件流程。在万能式齿轮测量机上实际使用结果表明,该软件计数技术能大幅度提高计数准确度,转换速度快,较基于硬件的辨向速度提高1~2倍。该算法设计灵活,可适用于长光栅和圆光栅的测量系统中。

On the basis of analyzing the working principle of the metrological grating , systematic analysis and research are conducted on the grating moiré fringe signal of reversible counting technology. Special sense to the software are studied , the region coding software based on the theory of the Cohen - Sutherland coding to the algorithm are put forward , and the grating signal data processing software process are designed . The results of using the universal type gear measuring machine show that the software counting technology can greatly improve accuracy with fast conversion -- 1to 2 times higher than the reaction rate of determining direction based on hardware. The algorithm design is flexible , which can be applied to long grating and circular grating measurement system .
