Vehicle hydraulic system is a mechanical , electrical and hydraulic integrated system , whose structure is complex and highly precise. This paper analyzes the practicability of the method of hydraulic system fault diagnosis and take hydraulic pump as an example in order to analyze failure causes and detection method of three failures , oil leakage fault , the system pressure imbalance and systematic manipulation , which having important guiding significance to the research of vehicle hydraulic system fault diagnosis method .
