本文介绍了运用三维软件 UGNX 对圆柱直齿轮进行参数化的三维建模,通过规律曲线建立齿形轮廓,通过与齿根圆柱布尔运算、拉伸、引入特征阵列等命令建立圆柱直齿轮的三维模型,从而达到改变基本参数立即得到相应的圆柱直齿轮三维模型的参数化驱动化设计。

This article describes the use of three-dimensional software UG NX for spur gears of parametric 3D modeling , which is established by the commands like the law of tooth contour curves , and the tooth root cylinder through Boolean operations , stretching , introducing an array of features and so on , so as to achieve a parameterized design on getting corresponding parameters of the three-dimensional model of spur gear based on the change of basic parameters .
