实验采用滤纸片扩散法测定了绿萝叶片、枝条、根部的乙醇提取物对三种细菌性病害金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)抑菌效果的对比和分析。用液体悬浮培养法分别测定了绿萝不同部位的乙醇提取物对三种细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。实验结果表明:绿萝不同部位的乙醇提取物对供试细菌均表现出较强的抑菌作用;绿萝不同部位对同一种供试细菌的抑菌活性大小表现为:根与茎的抑菌活性相差无几,且都大于叶片;绿萝不同部位提取物对相同供试细菌抑菌活性表现为:对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌活性>对大肠杆菌抑菌活性>对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性;相同部位的乙醇提取物对不同细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)表现较大差异。

Filter paper dispersion method was used to determine the antibacterial effects of the ethanol extracts of different parts of Epipremnum aureum, on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of different parts of Epipremnum aureum were also determined by the liquid suspension culture method. The results showed the ethanol extractions of different parts of Epipremnum aureum all expressed certain bacteriostatic activity. The radicular and cauline extractions of Epipremnum aureum showed similar bacteriostasis and were both better than leaf. The different parts of Epipremnum aureum extractions bacteriostatic activity was Staphylococcus aureus>Escherichia coli>Bacillus subtilis. The same parts of Epipremnum aureum extractions differed in the MIC to various bacterial.
