对文蛤中分离得到的一种新糖肽 MGP0501进行体内抗肿瘤活性评价和免疫调节功能研究。采用移植性肿瘤研究法接种，考察 MGP0501对 S180肉瘤、EAC腹水瘤和肝癌 Heps小鼠的瘤组织的影响；通过对不同器官组织的毒性实验，考察MGP0501抗肿瘤的可能机制。MGP0501浓度为6 mg·kg－1时，对S180和 Heps抑瘤率分别为69．72％和66．43％，对 EAC瘤生命延长率为15．91％，显著高于Cy抗肿瘤作用；MGP0501浓度为150μg·mL－1时，对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞的刺激指数是1．21，对移植瘤 S180和 Heps小鼠的免疫器官有显著增强作用。MGP0501是一种新型的抗肿瘤糖肽，在体内具有稳定的抗肿瘤作用和免疫调节功能。

The current study was designed to confirm if the MGP0501 ,a kind of low-molecular-weight glyco-peptide extracted from the sea mollusk Meretrix meretri,present antitumor and immune regulating func-tion.The effects of MGP0501 on the growth of the tumor tissue in xenografted sarcoma 180(S180),Ehrlich's ascitic carcinoma (EAC)and Hepatocellular carcinoma (Heps)were investigated.Based on the toxicity ex-periments of different organs and tissues,possible mechanisms of the antitumor activity of MGP0501 were al-so approached.The tumor inhibition rates of MGP0501 in the dosage of 6mg/kg On on S180 and Heps were 69.72% and 66.43%,respectively.While the life prolonging rate of EAC tumor was 15.91% at the same dosage,which was significantly higher than that of cyclophosphamide.The concentration of MGP0501 was 150μg·mL-1 ,in normal mice spleen lymphocyte stimulus index is 1.21,on transplantation tumor of S180 mice and Heps mice immune organ has the remarkable enhancement effect.Conclusions:MGP0501 could be a novel antitumor peptide exhibits in vivo antitumor effect and immune regulation of stable function.
